Alexander Hotel - Noordwijk

The room featured a lovely balcony and offered a stylish design with comfortable amenities. I enjoyed the Nespresso machine and Marshall speaker.

The room size felt cramped, and the intense perfume in the air went from pleasant to annoying quickly. I also had issues with noise. Unfortunately, there were problems with lighting control under the bed that weren't resolved.

Prime and convenient location, next door Wellness centre. And short walk to the beach -about 350m and the restaurant. A nice size and well-equipped rooms and stylish bar area. Comfortable bed, efficient and extremely helpful staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and are keen to maintain a pleasant ambience. A very attractivr dining area.

The Dutch Design Double Room with Balcony was a true delight! It featured a stylish design, a comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony. The Nespresso machine and Marshall speaker added a nice touch to the experience. Dining at Dylans was really good, with delicious dishes that impressed us. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection and was thoroughly enjoyable.

I had telephone calls put through to my room with very bad grace by the person on the front desk in the evening! I should not be made to feel that I am imposing by receiving calls at the hotel - not for the price of the hotel - won't go back there for this reason!

The hotel has a 4 star rating, it should atleast have a minibar and complimentary drinking water for guests.

The hotel has a charming ambiance and is close to the beach. The lack of air conditioning could be uncomfortable in summer.

Good facility, close to the beach, have their own beach restaurant/cafe when weather permits, good breakfast, very competent and willing staff

Though there is plenty of parking, it was in the back and we got no help with bags. The access to the front door is often blocked by cars. We'll know better next time.

We selected this Hotel for its location. It has easy links to Leiden, Amsterdam, Den Haag & Hook of Holland. The Alexander Hotel is in easy walking distance to the town centre & beach where many local shops & eating places can be found. The Hotel was in good decorative order & very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast & evening dinner when taken in the Hotel was excellent. Look forward to a return visit.

Nice bar, including the chats with the barmen; excellent breakfast including a newspaper; very good location as well as for estec as for visiting the beach.

The hotel claims four stars, we got exactly that. Good and helpful (but not excellent stuff). The biggest selling point in this hotel is the access to the wellness center located nearby.

Strongly recommend for a transient stop

Comfortable room, good breakfast, spacious wellness area, where I enjoyed the delicious buffet spread and relaxed at the nearby beach, making it convenient to explore the local shops.

Nothing to improve on.

The spa is very good and the location also

Next to a very busy road so we could not sleep with the window open.

Free Wifi and free parking are for me important and the hotel has both.
